We participate in electronic-prescribing and are affiliated with all local pharmacies:

Carrabelle:     There is no pharmacy in Carrabelle

Apalachicola:  CVS & BuyRite

Crawfordville: CVS, Walgreen's, Walmart, Winn Dixie

Outside panhandle: please provide name & address of pharmacy with contact information.


NOTE:

ALL Prescription refills (including requests for samples) are processed within 4-5 business days (which DOES NOT include weekends and holidays) after receiving a written request (fax or e-script) from your pharmacist. 

• In fairness to all members, there can be no exceptions to this rule.  For example, if you need your prescription on Friday, you should request it from your pharmacist (or our office) on Monday or the previous Friday.
• The majority of requests should begin with a call to your pharmacist.  
• Very few requests start with a call to our office BUT some may and those must also be completed on a refill request form (available from the office) and faxed (or dropped off) to us.
• If your pharmacist has no more authorized refills, they will automatically contact us AND you should call our office to see if you need to schedule a visit. 
• PLEASE NOTE: If you immediately need your prescription (and wish to 'jump' the prescription line), please utilize our walk-in-visit service or call the office and schedule an appointment. Co-Pays will be collected.

TIP: closely monitor your medication levels to avoid running out.....plan for all your (and our) vacations, holidays, and closures.  Keep in mind that Carrabelle Medical Pharmacy is closed on the weekends.
